How to Achieve the Signature Texas Crunch
Snüb roots are flash-frozen straight from the harvest kitchen to lock in flavor and texture. No thawing required!
Preheat to 390°F (200°C). Dump frozen roots straight into basket in a single layer. Cook for 7–9 minutes, shaking basket at 4 minutes for golden 360° crispiness!
Preheat to 425°F (220°C). Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway through until blistered and crispy.

When our founder noticed how whole roots (plantains, taro, fermented carrots) transformed her family's gut health and energy, she started batch-cooking in Austin farmers markets.
